Please fill out the form below. The more detail you can provide, the more precise your proposal will be — it takes about 3 minutes.

1
Your contact details
The property where the fence will be installed
2
Which boundary?
As viewed from the street. Avoid "the side fence" — tell me which side.
3
How many metres?
Doesn't need to be exact — a close estimate is fine. Leave blank if unsure and I'll measure it up.
Measure your boundary for free using QLD Globe — search your address then use the blue spanner (top right) to measure.
4
Material preference
If matching existing fencing, describe it here. Unsure which colour? Browse the Stratco colour range →
5
Fence height
Standard residential height is 1800mm. Combined fence + sleeper height over 2000mm typically requires building approval.
6
Slope and ground level
Sleepers bridge the gap between properties at different heights — for privacy, containment, or a cleaner finish.
Stepped = panels stay level, posts step down. Raked = panels follow the slope. Understand the difference and their impacts →
7
Gates
Single or double, approximate width, location, latch preference. e.g. "One single pedestrian gate on left side, about 1m wide."
8
Pool on property
If the boundary fence forms part of a pool barrier, additional safety requirements apply — height minimums, gap tolerances, gate hardware.
9
Site access and constraints
Carport, shed, retaining wall, concrete path, or anything close to the boundary — these affect scope and compliance.

Neighbour situation
11
Anything else I should know?
Urgency, unusual site conditions, matching an existing fence, trees along the boundary, body corporate — anything relevant.
